DIRECTOR’S BIO:
Anastasia Sokolova was born in Yekaterinburg. She is a graduate and tutor of the Ural State University of Architecture and Art, Department of Graphics and Animation. She is also a director, screenwriter and artist of more than 10 award-winning animated short films presented at Russian and international festivals. She is the author of set design, animation and costumes for several theatrical productions of different genres (opera, modern choreography, puppet theatre). Anastasia is a winner of the Sverdlovsk Governor’s Award 2021, member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia.
