After the apocalypse, ‘life’ has re-emerged on the planet, but in a different form: the wreckage of machinery covering the planet has gained consciousness and form, creating a new world. One of the steel fish unfathomably produces a living biological egg in the ocean. Its attitude towards the egg transforms from first surprise to true parental love. Having raised a small living creature, the steel fish sacrifices itself for its life.

DIRECTOR'S BIO:
Natalia was born in Moscow in 1966. In 1984, she graduated from the Moscow Art School at the V. Surikov Moscow State Art Institute. In 1991, she graduated from the courses for animation artists at the Institute for Advanced Training of Television and Radio BROADCASTING Workers. Creation of animated films is the main direction of her creative activity. As an artistic director she created the following animated films and series: ‘Tales of New Russia’, ‘Merry Bears’, ‘Interesting Facts’, ‘Arkady Parovozov Hurries to Help’, ‘Magic Lantern’, ‘Peg Legs’, ‘Young Jackdaw [Galchonok]’, ‘Katya and Ef. Anywhere Door.’
