There lived an old man in his hut by the sea, and his family lived with him: his wife and three sons. The eldest son loved the sea, but it punished him for his insolence. The middle son communicated with the sea, but it stopped answering him. The youngest son was swallowed up by the sea and taken away. After long years of wayfaring, the three brothers reunite on their native island of Sakhalin to restore their lost ties and finally say goodbye to their sea.

DIRECTOR'S BIO:
Sergey was born to a family of Russian Koreans in Moscow in 2000. He entered VGIK in 2019, the documentary film workshop under A.V. Osipov and T.P. Yurina. Currently he is completing his 5th year. Simultaneously, he has worked as a director and cameraman of live broadcasts and art director on commercial video projects. He lives, studies and works in Moscow/
