Tatiana and Artem have lived together for twenty-five years. They have two children of their own, who are grown-ups already, and an ever-changing number of adopted children.
Parents leave their children to Tatiana and Artem's family for temporary fostering. They are trusted by the child protection services, by parents who cannot cope with themselves and with the responsibility of raising children, by neighbours, by children who return to them even having grown up, but they are not trusted by people who happen to meet them at the crossroads of fate or in social networks.
The story is not only about Tatiana and Artem's family, but rather it is about each of us distrusting the goodness and mercy of others.
