Grigory Kubatyan, Komsomolskaya Pravda correspondent, set off on a unique journey along the Baikal-Amur Mainline to see how this legendary road has changed 50 years after its construction began. While travelling, he meets people whose lives are inextricably linked with the Baikal-Amur Mainline: veterans of the landmark construction project and those who continue to develop the railway today.

DIRECTOR'S BIO:

Grigory, 47 years old, writer, traveller, correspondent of the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper,
was born in St. Petersburg. He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics (INZHECON). Sergey is a member of the Russian Geographical Society,
author of the books ‘Life on the Road’, ‘To India by Bike’, ‘Travel Journalism’, ‘The Great African Hook’, ‘From Mexico to Antarctic’, ‘Volunteer’s Autumn’.
Sergey participated in the Special military operation and was wounded.
